An Exceptional Neighborhood in Peachtree Corners
Riverview is a unique, established community nestled along the banks of the
Chattahoochee River in the city of Peachtree Corners, just inside Gwinnett County.
There are 149 diverse residences on 1 to 3 acre lots in this neighborhood. Large trees,
attractive landscaping, quiet streets, and abundant wildlife make Riverview very popular
for walking and cycling. The age and architectural styles of the homes vary throughout,
complimenting its natural beauty.
Residents have excellent education choices for their children in both private and public
schools including: Simpson Elementary School, Cornerstone Academy, Pinckneyville Middle School, Wesleyan School and Norcross High School.
For more than forty years, the active Homeowners Association has maintained
Riverview and organized regular social gatherings to help neighbors meet and stay
connected. As a Peachtree Corners Community, we also support the stewardship of
United Peachtree Corners Civic Association.

For HOA Members Only
Beyond the homepage, this website is password protected and includes private information for HOA members. Once members login, the Riverview neighborhood directory, HOA meeting information, and HOA documents may be found on the private pages of this site.
In addition to the website, a neighborhood Facebook page has been created for sharing social information and immediate communication among neighbors. Many Riverview neighbors also participate in the Riverview Neighborhood Nextdoor page.
The neighborhood web site is a service provided by Riverview Associates and paid for by membership dues. Hopefully you have found it to be an asset to the neighborhood. To ensure that members continue to enjoy the full benefits of our association, access will be suspended after September 1, 2007 for all members who are in arrears on dues. No information will be lost for suspended accounts and we will restore login privileges immediately after outstanding dues are collected or if there is any error in our records that results in your access being incorrectly denied.
Forgotten Your Password?
HOA members who have forgotten their password may now have their password automatically sent (see login page) to their primary email address as long as they are listed in the directory. A board member must approve password requests for those not listed in the directory.
