An Exceptional Neighborhood in Peachtree Corners

Riverview is a unique, established community nestled along the banks of the Chattahoochee River in the city of Peachtree Corners, just inside Gwinnett County. There are 149 diverse residences on 1 to 3 acre lots in this neighborhood. Large trees, attractive landscaping, quiet streets, and abundant wildlife make Riverview very popular for walking and cycling. The age and architectural styles of the homes vary throughout, complimenting its natural beauty.

Residents have excellent education choices for their children in both private and public schools including: Simpson Elementary School, Cornerstone Academy, Pinckneyville Middle School, Wesleyan School and Norcross High School.

For more than forty years, the active Homeowners Association has maintained Riverview and organized regular social gatherings to help neighbors meet and stay connected. As a Peachtree Corners Community, we also support the stewardship of United Peachtree Corners Civic Association.
